1. **Services Offered:** KC Tech provides website and mobile application development services, including but not limited to ecommerce websites, mobile apps, ridesharing platforms, taxi booking apps, OTT platforms, news portals, job portals, and more.

2. **Project Scope:** The scope of each project will be defined and agreed upon between KC Tech  and the client before commencement. Any changes or additions to the scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

3. **Payment Terms:** Clients are required to adhere to the payment terms specified in the agreement. Payments are typically made in installments based on project milestones, with a percentage due upon signing the agreement, project commencement, completion of key deliverables, and project finalization.

4. **Intellectual Property:** KC Tech retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to code, designs, and concepts, developed during the project unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. **Confidentiality:** Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the project, including but not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and proprietary data.

6. **Quality Assurance:** KC Tech  is committed to delivering high-quality work. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback and participate in testing phases to ensure that the final deliverables meet their expectations.

7. **Timeline:** KC Tech  will provide estimated timelines for project completion based on the scope of work. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case both parties will communicate and agree on revised timelines.

8. **Support and Maintenance:** After project completion, KC Tech  offers ongoing support and maintenance services as per the terms agreed upon in the maintenance agreement.

9. **Termination:** Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms and conditions outlined herein. Termination will not relieve the client of their payment obligations for work completed up to the termination date.

10. **Governing Law:** These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, India, and UAE, depending on the location of the client and the specific project requirements.
