Before starting any project, all clients are required to carefully read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline our process, responsibilities, and mutual expectations.
1. Understanding Your Requirements
At the beginning of every project, our team conducts a detailed discussion with you to understand your vision, objectives, and technical requirements.
We analyze your needs to determine whether your desired website or mobile app can be developed using our available resources, technologies, and frameworks.
Once the scope and feasibility are confirmed, we present two types of development options to suit your goals and budget:
Option A – Readymade Website/App
This option uses our existing frameworks, templates, or pre-built systems which are customized according to your branding and content.
Advantages:
- Cost-effective and budget-friendly
- Faster development and launch time
- Ideal for startups, small businesses, and time-sensitive projects
Limitations:
- Limited flexibility for unique customizations
- Some design elements may not be 100% exclusive
Typical Delivery Time: Within 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity and required changes.
Option B – Custom Scratch-Made Website/App
This option involves building your project from the ground up, fully coded and designed according to your business requirements.
Advantages:
- Complete freedom of customization
- Unique design and tailored features
- Scalable and optimized for long-term use
Limitations:
- Higher development cost
- Longer delivery period due to custom coding and testing
Typical Delivery Time: Around 3 to 6 months, depending on the project size and complexity.
Clients are required to choose one of the above options before the project begins.
2. Payment Terms
To initiate development, a 40% advance payment of the total agreed project cost is required.
Work will officially begin only after the advance payment has been received and acknowledged.
Payment Breakdown:
- 40% Advance: To start project development
- 60% Final Payment: To be paid after the project is completed and approved by the client
All payments must be cleared before the final handover of the source code, files, or live website/app deployment.
3. Project Development and Delivery Process
KC Tech Pvt. Ltd. is dedicated to maintaining transparency and professionalism throughout the entire development process.
Our commitment includes:
- Delivering the project within the agreed timeline
- Communicating any technical or timeline issues promptly
- Providing regular project updates or demo links for client review
- Making necessary improvements or revisions as per client feedback (within the defined project scope)
Upon project completion, the client will receive a final demo or review phase before launch.
Training & Guidance:
We ensure every client understands how to use their new system effectively. After delivery, training is provided through:
- Step-by-step video tutorials/manuals
- Online meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
- In-person sessions (if applicable)
4. Project Handover
After receiving the final 60% payment, KC Tech Pvt. Ltd. will provide a complete handover that includes:
- Fully functional website/app (as per agreement)
- Full source code and project files
- Login credentials (Admin, Server, Database, etc.)
- Documentation or manuals for ongoing use and maintenance
Once the handover is completed, the client assumes full control and responsibility for the website/app.
5. Refund Policy
To ensure clarity and fairness, the following refund conditions apply:
Before Payment:
No refunds are applicable for consultations, proposals, or project discussions prior to advance payment.
After Advance Payment (Before Work Starts):
If the client has paid the 40% advance but decides not to continue immediately, KC Tech will refund the amount instantly without any issue.
However, if domain and hosting setup has already been done, 10% of the total project cost will be deducted to cover service expenses.
After Work Has Started:
Once actual development begins, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
KC Tech Pvt. Ltd. will, however, make every effort to resolve issues, make adjustments, or assist the client in good faith.
No form of compensation, fine, interest, or legal claim will be accepted once project work has commenced.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and timely development process, the client agrees to:
- Provide complete and accurate project details, requirements, and content (text, images, logo, etc.) on time
- Respond promptly to our team’s queries, emails, or feedback requests
- Review demos and provide feedback within the agreed timeline
- Avoid adding major new requirements once development has started (as it may lead to additional costs or extended delivery time)
Failure to provide content, communication, or approval on time may delay the project, for which KC Tech Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held responsible.
7. Liability
KC Tech Pvt. Ltd. ensures that all work is done professionally and carefully tested before delivery.
However, we are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback or missing content)
- Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., domain, hosting, API, payment gateways)
- Changes in project scope or features after development begins
Our responsibility is limited to resolving technical issues that arise directly due to our development work.
KC Tech Pvt. Ltd. cannot offer monetary compensation for indirect losses such as missed business opportunities, revenue loss, or downtime.
8. Legal Protection & Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and KC Tech Pvt. Ltd.
By paying the advance and agreeing to start the project, the client acknowledges and accepts all the terms listed in this document.
Once the project begins, no refunds, fines, or legal compensation can be claimed against KC Tech Pvt. Ltd.
In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve matters through open communication and mutual negotiation.
Legal action, if necessary, shall be governed by the laws applicable in Nepal.

- Final Payment (60%): Client clears balance after satisfaction.
- Handover: Full access, source code, and documentation provided.
- Support: Guidance and after-sales assistance as per agreement.
